Meet Steffani & Matt Fisher
Five kids. Two careers dedicated to helping others. One shared mission: creating a space where every child can thrive.
Steffani’s calling was clear from high school—she discovered her passion volunteering in special education classes and never looked back. That spark ignited a decade-long journey that includes her work at group homes for special needs teens and adults, her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts with a Psychology minor, and her Master’s degree in Special Education. Her credentials as a Level II Educational Specialist in Moderate to Severe Education aren’t just letters on a resume; they represent countless hours of understanding, advocacy, and genuine care for the special needs community.
Matt brings a different kind of expertise to the table. As a neurodiagnostic technician at Loma Linda University Hospital, he understands the science behind how our bodies and brains work—knowledge that shapes every aspect of what they’re building together.
Now, as proud parents of Romi, RT, Rawson, Oakli, and Ezra, they’re channeling everything they’ve learned into something bigger. They’re joining We Rock the Spectrum because they believe every child deserves access to movement, joy, and community—and they’re committed to creating exactly that.
Welcome to more than just a gym. Welcome to a place built by people who truly understand.
